Tenure advertised is a preliminary tenure just. It may be extended subject to the task extension, funds availability and based upon the satisfactory efficiency.
How To Apply:

Eligible prospects ought to email the scanned copies of the following files to hrdg@nio.org before the last date. Applications got after the last date and without the below obligatory documents will be rejected.
All the documents consisting of application form to be made SINGLE PDF File in the following order and to be sent to the mentioned email address. The total fille should be conserved with the prospect name and to be sent. Individual PDF files will not be considered.

( I) Scanned copy of the appropriately filled-in application, offered at the end of this ad. Followed by,
( II) Scanned copies of
1. CV/Bio Data with recent color picture
2. Educational Qualification Certificate as discussed in the ad vital certification/ Semester Mark sheet or Final Mark sheet is obligatory. Along with this, Degree Award Certificate or Provisional Award Certificate. Percentage or CGPA should plainly displayed on any among the certificate. If certificate does not have appropriate portion/ CGPA/ Grade then the application might not be thought about. The candidate should ensure to supply proper certificates to ensure their eligibility for the stated positions.
3. Date of Birth Proof (Any valid certificate having DoB such as SSLC, HSC, DoB Certificate, and so on).
4. Category certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC/ PWD prospects). (If applicable).
5. NET/GATE/SET/ Any other Equivalent exam credentials certificate (IF relevant).
6. Experience certificate (Mandatory for the posts where experience is necessary certification) and Other certificates, if any.
Mode of Selection:
If variety of applications are more, then selection committee will fix a requirements to shortlist the candidates. Only shortlisted prospects will be called for the interview. Selection will be done on the basis of online interview through either Skype/Google Meet/Zoom or any other ideal software, as decided by the competent authority.
Applications received after the due date will be rejected. The short-listed candidates will be informed through e-mail/website.
The interview date will be communicated to the shortlisted prospects through email.
Terms:
The engagement will be on simply momentary and legal basis for the period pointed out in the ad. It is solely for the above pointed out research work and the period shall be co-terminus with the project duration or till the completion of tenure whichever is previously. The engagement under this task does not provide any right/claim whatsoever either clearly or implicitly on the appointee for regular appointments in CSIR-NIO/CSIR, versus any post or otherwise under any precedent. It would therefore, not provide any right/claim, implicit or explicit, on the part of the candidates for regularization/absorption against any post in CSIR/NIO or under any other plan of CSIR.
HRA will be paid based on the rules.
Incase of candidates certified with NET/GATE certification, they may be thought about for greater emoluments according to the DST regulations of task staffs, based on the approval of project funds and approval of qualified authority.
Performance of the job personnel would be examined periodically so that any one not discovered up to the mark, could be ended with one month’s notice or one month’s stipend in lieu thereof.
The date for determining the upper age limitation, certifications and/or experience will be the closing date recommended for submission of applications.
The duration of experience in a discipline/area of work, wherever recommended, need to remain in pertinent area of work/field indicated against such position which will be counted after the date of acquiring the minimum vital educational qualifications prescribed for that position.
The trainees in the final term and results awaited prospects are not qualified to apply and their applications will not be thought about.
Stipend may be modified depending upon the financing agency guidelines issued time to time.
Candidates must keep in mind that non-fulfillment of the eligibility criterion will result in cancellation of candidature at any stage.
Incomplete applications without appropriate format and without eligibility supporting documents will not be thought about.
